Hey guys I am building a small switching layout roughly based on this layout and I need ideas on two industries to replace the peanut processing plant and cotten Gin listed in the plan that could work in buildings like that.

To echo what has been said, can't see the track plan, but to get some general comparison for when we do get it:What era do you want to model? What railroad(s) and what region? Is there any type of rolling stock you absolutely love and want to use? Is it a more "watch the trains run" layout you're looking for, so just a nice scenic industry for a background, or do you want to do operations? If you do want operations, do you want to move rolling stock within the same industry, or just do set outs and pick ups at the industry?
