Thanks for posting that. While I enjoyed seeing the town I certainly don't wish those misfortunes to befall anyone. My dad's cabin got washed away in the New England flood of '36:

I was in the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton areas a few times in the 1970s. Once a lot of railroading there.

This video of the Easton PA flood in 1950s has excellent color rendition. Good for structure modelers, vehicle references
