Lots of photos if you Google "Santa Fe Depot San Bernardino," but even better yet, the The Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society has blueprints here. Scroll down to Drawings.
I believe MR had a plan for it years ago in the magazine. If not there was an article on building it. I would start looking around 1970 or so.
There was a article on constructing the San Berdardino station in the the June and July 2008 Model Railroader issues. No building plans or anything like that but there were some links to some websites that may help you.
