3A is the 'rewritten and expanded' second edition of Dressler's book. I am embarrassed to say I knew exactly what the differences were... but have forgotten; there is or was at least one site on the Web that discusses the changes between the editions in detail. As I recall, one change involved more detailed discussion of the stillborn Y7 simple-expansion proposal.
This book contains detailed drawings of Y3 (2021) and colored illustrations of Y3a (2055). Please see here for the table of contents. The used book is readily available. I'm curious why you want them.
"USRA 2-8-8-2 Series, Classic Power 3" (I don't know "Classic Power 3A")

Do yourself a favor if you go to this site. Once you pick a loco from the red listing, after it loads, go to the upper right side and select "images". Note that there is a ton of info here and when you get to the bottom of the page be sure to click on "more"!
