Seattle Car and Foundry Catalogue, 1913
Posted by CapnCrunch on Monday, April 27, 2020 11:14 AM

I just came across this catalogue of equipment manufactured by the Seattle Car and Foundry Company.  It contains beautiful illustrations and specifications of the cars and equipment they produced in 1913.  This would be an exceptional resource document for anyone modeling the early steam era and, particularly, any logging or mining activity.  The document is published by gutenberg ebooks and is free to use and share. Check it out!

Very neat - even the stylized drawing of their factory is interesting.  And those factory interior photos are of interest too for the detail oriented modeler.

Seattle Car & Foundry became Pacific Car & Foundry and then became known as PACCAR Inc.
