Thunder Basin Coal Co locomotives

It is rare in "modern" eras for the mines to own any cars and its even rarer that the mine would own locomotives that would haul a train to the power plant.  The only non-railroad locomotives hauling coal trains I know of were owned by the power plants (Detroit Edison) and all of the privately owned cars in the unit train era were owned by the power plants, not the mines.

It doesn't look like they do. BNSF and the UP handle all of the trains, like they do for the coal fired plants here in WI.

Does anyone know if Thunder Basin Coal Co owns their own locomotives to move coal cars for filling?
