Some Good Rio Grande N.G. Photos at Shorpy
Posted by gmpullman on Thursday, September 6, 2018 12:11 AM

I like to check the Shorpy site every day or so. Recently they have been featuring some great photos by Russell Lee for the Farm Security Agency with some fantastic views and details.

Be sure to click the photo to view it in full size, unless you are on one of those eye pads or Dick Tracy things.

There's several photos, Ophir, Silverton, Ouray and a few mine buildings.

Anybody want to count the windows?

Well worth a look.

Cheers, Ed

What a great couple of photos, particularly the engine terminal; you can practically taste the sulfur from breathing the soft coal smoke!  Thanks, Ed!
