My local Hobbytown often sells discontinued or slow selling suspension and driver train parts for RC cars. I find that many of them resemble large castings for industrial machinery and are very useful for flat and gon loads. Plus they are relatively cheap.

It looks like a check valve or a real cheap (plastic) pressure regulator you would fined in an RV. There are more brands of either of those that come in all shapes and sizes than I wish to look for.

Two plastic bottle lids glues together with some added plastic tubing and a few NBW castings makes a great load. It is all in the painting.

Kevin's right: no matter what it is, its real counterpart (if there were one) wouldn't have stayed on the car for long.
Loads, especially those on flatcars, need to be blocked or otherwise secured so that they don't move during transit.These large castings aren't in danger of tipping or sliding off the car under normal operating conditions: the blocking supports the imbalanced portion of the smaller one, and other blocking, bolted to the car's deck, prevents them from sliding. Their great weight dictates that they be placed near or over the trucks...
Likewise, these smaller castings aren't going anywhere but from their manufacturer to the company which ordered them...
The loads, along with their blocking, are easily removeable, too....
Make your own loads - lots of common household or garage items, with some paint and a little imagination, can be made into a "I dunno what the heck that is, or where it's goin'!" type of load that can look as if it actually does represent something prototypical. You can enhance the believeability with prototypical load restraints.

I emailed the guy, he said he only had three, he bought the loads at Timonium and added them to flat cars.
He has no idea on what the brand is or where I could find one.
He was asking about getting the load. He is interested buying the load.
It seems likely he does not want to buy a flat car and the load. Which is what is offered on your cited website.
The website does not say what brand the load is.
So, you are telling him something he already knows. I say that especially since he posted a picture from the very website you directed him to.

Then I don't understand your original question. You wanted to know what brand it is, and the link I provided says the company's name is "VW&B Custom Model Rairoad Cars". The web site even allows you to order it online (if you want to spend $45 on it). Of course, I do not know if they have it in stock.

I don't think it's HO. If those are bolts holding it together think of what size wrench it would take and the size of the mechanic to turn it.
