In bigger towns and cities team tracks could also be arranged in ”yard” form. The tracks were set in pairs with driveways for trucks on either side.
A team track is a railroad owned track for public delivery. Any business can have a car shipped there and then the company will have to provide the means to unload it and remove the commodity from the facility. The company does not lease the track space or the facility.
A "produce yard" is very similar, its just located convienent to produce recievers and generally only handles produce and materials related to produce. The tracks may be leased by various produce companies or they may be railroad owned. Normally a produce yard will be near the part of town that has cold storage, grocery supply or produce distributors, or will have facilites for those companies built nearby (the railroad could have located near them or they could have located near the railroad).
You can ship produce, boxes of socks and industrial machinery to a team track, but you would probably not ship socks or machinery to a produce yard.

Using the track plan for 'Carroll St' and the photo 2 from MR's Oct 2017 pages 32-33.
What is the difference between a Team track and a Produce yard?
Many thanks for this and the past results.
