What is this first car past the engine?

You gotta watch the video too.  Fast forward to 2 min.  It's the 1943 and a really cool office car at the end, on Horseshoe Curve

If I modeled modern times, I would have to have that engine.  I think Trainworld might have them or is taking orders.

I did some searching around this morning after watching your video, and I came up with this:

It's basically HEP for passenger trains.  Scroll down the list,  to Power Cars.
