Hi
What are some websites that show pictures of freight cars with graffiti?
I am interestested in learning how to paint graffiti on my feigt cars.
Thanks,
Chris
I don't know any websites that specialize in freight car graffiti photos, but I think this one would be the all-around best:
http://www.railcarphotos.com
It's almost exclusively modern freight cars, and it specializes in well-lit photos--just the thing you will need.
You have to join to get the full-size pictures. No big deal; I've been a member for years, and don't regret it.

Google "graffiti on freight cars images" Lots of photos, (both prototype and model) some of the linked sites have more photos.
A lot of Decal makers offer graffiti decals and I have seen descriptions on how to paint your own.
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
It's a webcam, but you can capture a screen image with print screen or the Windows snipping tool. All the graffitti you could ever want

A reasonably priced book on the subject

Hi Chris,
I'm afraid this is one of the no-no topics here on the forum, as outlined in our forum policy:

With that being the case I'm going to lock it before it has the possibility to go south but leave the links up for your reference.

[Edit: DSchmitt showed me a thread from late March/early April where Steve Otte gave his nod to discussing the topic of graffiti - i.e. as long as it stayed civil. I'm fine with reopening this thread on those terms.]
