I am in need of help from my BN modeling friends again. I have found pictures of 1301 in original NP paint. I have also found 1303 from 1979 and 1305 from 1981. Given that this is only a 5 car series, it may be a long shot but has anyone seen or does anyone know of any pictures of this series in between these pictures. There are details in the later two pictures are a little too new for what I want. As usual, any assistance that anyone can provide would be most welcomed.
In Todd Sullivan's book, "NP Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment", there is a color photo of 1302 on July 14th, 1989, as well as one of 1305 on Feb. 28th, 1987. They are both on page 52.
If you are into the BN in the 70's and 80's this is a good book to have. I've used in making several NP covered hoppers, and some MOW equipment.
Modeling whatever I can make out of that stash of kits that takes up half my apartment's spare bedroom.
previous statement struck.

Is that picture clear enough to read the reporting marks, the reweigh site code and date, and the paint colors used? From doubling checking the two BN-era images, I can partially read that information. I think I can work with that data. I have a few Microscale BN boxcar data/marking sheets leftover from the 10 BN coal cars I built. They should be able to be adapted to work to do the reweigh.
Thank you for your assistance with my inquiry.
I can read the marks, the reweight data, and reweight date and code.
The numbers and letters are all replaced and on a black patch.
CAPY 133000
LD LMT 135100
Lt WT 84500 (might be 84900, hard to discern if 5 or 9)
GR 11-84 (second letter is definitely and "R", first looks like a "G" but could be a "C" if that makes more sense) (There is a 6-86 next to it in chalk on the original paint, but no location code)
The photo of 1305 is less clear as that end of the car is away from the camera. I can tell you the patch is oxide red for the data, and the patch is BN green for the reweigh date.
That particular set of marks is too new but I think with that and what I have found in the pictures gives me what I need to be able to rework the car I have. Thank you for your assistance.
