Ed,

Thank you for the links, Rule 19 in the book answered my question. Red-Yellow-Yellow it is.

don't know about the reading but the SP & the DGRW used red and green, you might try a reading historical society to see if they might have info you want.

Hi, Alvie

Although I'm not exactly a Reading expert, I did find a copy of a 1954 rule book for you.

Scroll down to page 17 and read Rule 19 and you will get your answer!

More good Reading stuff here:

Have Fun, Ed

Marker light colors for Reading cabooses
Posted by cats think well of me on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 11:08 PM

Hi all,

I just acquired a caboose for my Reading collection and plan to add marker lights. I'very seen Tomar markers with red, yellow, yellow lenses or red, green, green. Can anyone tell me what would be most appropriate for Reading steam era, like circa 1950, cabooses??

Thank you in advance,

Alvie
