CSX YN3 Paint

I would like to do a couple CSX YN3 projects, but can not find the right Scalecoat II color to match the Microscale Decal . Does anyone other than Floquil have the right colors? I never liked Floquil because of the need to add a gloss coat before adding decals. Does anyone have suggestions for mixing the YN3 yellow (Dulux Gold I thing is what CSX calls the color)?
