Does anyone know of anyway i can get a hold of some blueprints or plans for the bi-level Autorack cars? I am trying to put together a new model design and need the tech. specs/plans for them. Thanks my email address is SPJosh8@aol.com[?]

Welcome to the MR fora !
For starters, here's a link to article citations in the Index of Magazines, located at the top of this site, using the keyword search term "autorack":

I'll let you sort the bilevels from the trilevels and select the lines in which you're
interested. Others responders will probably add some book references, etc. Also, you can use the "Search the forum" window at the top for earlier threads on autoracks. Be sure to click on the "Advanced" button and enter at least a year's worth of backward search.
