Walthers 85' NYC passenger coaches

I just purchased several Walthers 85' NYC passenger coaches and they came with a decal sheet, can anyone tell me the placement of the decals?  I researched the web and can't find a decent photo of the cars.  I found out the car numbers start as 2900.  Does this number go on the placard centered below the windows?
