Posted by bruce22 on Sunday, June 7, 2015 4:34 PM

just watched a BNSF train entirely made up of all white and all white with a red top and bottom sill plug door box cars. Can someone tell me the owners and perhaps contents of these cars ? Interesting to note also that most

of them had been tagged with graffiti .   Thanks

Unit train of Railex reefers.

Frozen foodstuffs are the most likely cargo.

If it was headed west the contents was air.

If it was headed east the contents were frozen of refrigerated produce.

Are you sure it wasn't a UP train?  The Railex operation runs a few times a week.  One section from California, the other from Washington.  Usually they are combined out west into one train and run to Selkirk NY.  It runs with a Z symbol.  Locally known as the Salad Shooter.

They actually do have some back-haul business westbound, but not very much.  Maybe two or three cars at most per train.
