Atlas notes on its website that both the 17,600 gallon and 23,500 gallon tank cars painted for Southern Pacific are "alternate history paint schemes."

Did the SP owe any 17,600 gallon tank cars that Atlas is making in the 67,000 series?
The only information that I found was tank cars Southern Pacific bought were the 9,000 and 12,000 series in 1965.
