If no one can give you hard answers, you might go to Google maps, and follow the tracks.  I just had a quick look, and you can come down awfully close.  Of course, if it's under a tree, that'll be a problem.  But I've found that it's lotsa fun just to follow the tracks and ponder what I see.

Does anyone know the milepost locations of defect detectors between Aurora and Rochelle on the BNSF Aurora Sub? I am creating the route in a train sim software but have been unable to find this information.
