Yes, they're removable unless there has been a change in  the tooling within the past few years.  Stewart F's are now marketed by Bowser, and Bowser probably has the parts.  I did some of this swapping several years ago when I changed some F3's from high fans to low.  However, I think the DB fans/grilles are molded in.

Are the cooling fans removable between the Stewart F-units? I want to install the tall F-3 style fans on an F-7. I'm hoping they are a removable piece rather than having to cut and file.
