Hi All:
Anybody got any info, or links to pictures, of tank car unloading facilities that are in undercover sheds, specifically related to corn oil, soya oil etc.
I've found one picture of what looks like one at Riceland in Stuttgart, Arkansas but i'm not sure if it is an unloading facility.

There appears to be a covered faciluity in this Google Maps view, of Corn Prodicts International, Stockton CA https://www.google.com/maps/@37.911032,-121.261457,472m/data=!3m1!1e3 and also at their plant in Winston-Salem NC. https://www.google.com/maps/@36.032993,-80.226765,30m/data=!3m1!1e3 However these are both apparently for Corn Syrup loading , not unloading.
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
Thanks for the links. I'm modeling a food plant and i think it may nice to have a covered unloading facility. Although the links are for loading a bit of modelers licence could come into play.
For safety reasons many tank cars are top loaded and unloaded. That is why tank cars have fairly large domes. Many cars are unloaded and loaded under shed roofs designed to house one car with the unloading dock centered in the shed.
