Saw a boxcar on an NS train a few weeks ago that was simply a patched out old IPD boxcar. I am wonderring who the owner is.
It was red with a thick white-ish stripe and it said something "Southern" on the left side and it was in a 70s style western font.
It's not Valdosta Southern as their fleet were yellow, and I don't think it was Laruinbugr & Southern either as they had a much simpler font.
Is this it?

Aha! That's the one!
No wonder I was having such a hard time finding it on RRPA or Freigh Car pics. I was thinking it was Southern, not Southwester.
