Odd tank car

I just came across this picture of a rather odd-looking tank car. Does anybody know what it transports or have any other information on it?

NPCX is Equistar Chemicals LP. I know they're big in plastics.

Yea I was thinking it was an Natural Gas tanker myself, just couldn't confirm it, as i couldn't see the safety tags. but it was obvious that it was either a liquid gas tanker or an compressed gas tanker, there's several clues to that on the design. I'm betting liquid NG tanker myself.

My 1/00 ORER lists it as one of 211 tank cars - #268-288 capable of hauling 127,000 #, AAR Mech. Designtaion T. Knowing Equistar they probably carry liquified Ethylene gas used in the making of plastic like polyethylene.
