For many years I've had the desire to model the old Franklin St station of the Reading Railroad in Reading PA. I have many fond memories of riding trains from there years ago. But it's only been recently where I'm looking at that desire seriously. I have no photos of my own of the station but I did find a web site with photos.
I find the web site to be very annoying, but there are a good number of photos on it of the station.

Whether or not I follow through with modeling this station depends heavily on what is commercially available to bring it all together. So far I am having no luck, but I could very well be missing something.
Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions...short of scratchbuilding?

Mark:
I did a quick search on Walthers web site and found this. It has the arched windows.
This might be a good starting point:

I'm just a dude with a bad back having a lot of fun with model trains, and finally building a layout!
Mark H,
I believe the hardest challenge is to find that stonework, if at all. That would be tough, trying to scratch it.
Have Fun!
