I want built a interior of as cab of the F59PHI(for the Athearn engine). Has anyone pictures or drawings/blueprints of the interior?

Careful here...
An F59PH and an F59PHi are radically quite different in design appearance. The sloping front and window arrangements and lack of nose door on the F59PHi would I'm sure affect the interior cab layout quite significantly.
That said, the OP seems to usually be asking about Canadian prototypes, so maybe he does mean F59PH like GO Transit has. Although he also posted duplicate threads here, one titled F59PH and the other (this one) F59PHI. And he references the Athearn model above, and Athearn has done the streamlined "i" version, not the blocky cab that GO has.
He might have an Athearn F59PHi decorated in GO colours as a stand-in for the modern MPI MP36PH-3C units that GO now has. (GO does not and did not roster the F59PHi, only the F59PH.)
