Rare steamers....

I am actually trying to collect datas and,when possible,photos on every single steam engine model that was ever built.Many popular types are easy to find as they have reached production status but I read that a few prototypes were built and abandoned before even thinking of producing them,most often because of their complexity and/or their operating costs.

Among these "forgotten ideas",there have been some awsome engines like a 4-8-8-8 loco which was huge,not to say monstruous.I would like to find one or more website(s) that feature such unique models,especially the big ones.Just for the fun of it...thanks in advance.
