Did a Google search using "Lakenon, Hill County, Texas,"as the search term and here's the most descriptive of the eight hits returned:

Hope this helps. You might try searching for historical societies or Chambers of Commerce in Hill County, since the hit infers that the town has died. Also, a KATY fan site might have some info. And, if you go to a site that offers historical Coast and Geodetic Survey quadrangle maps, such as Maptech:

trying to find out any info on the mkt that ran through lakenon in hill county tx
i know that they had cattle pens and some kind of a way station want to know if there is any info on the comunity that was there and how it was set up
