Can you make a template out of plastic and use that to drill down from the top? The other option is to remove the lugs and glue the hatch.

My SD 60s came with a template to drill the cab top details with.

I do not own the Gp 7or 9 but do own 4 LL SD 60s with the winterization hatch.

Its been awhile, so I refereed back to the instruction sheet. The hatch is installed after drilling holes from inside the shell. My literature specified a #76 bit and dimples were provided.

Since these are different models, maybe drill a test hole in plastic to make sure the size is right or mike the hatch pegs.

Sorry but I cannot help with the all weather windows as the P2K SD 60s did not come with them. I use the DA windows and glue with 3M auto body adhesive to prevent a ACC mess from occurring.

I found this on HO seeker, not really much help.

On the gp7 or9 how are the detail parts added? I notice they have legs or pegs under the winterization hatch do the sit on these or do we drill holes for them? Also are there any dimples inside the shell that we use to drill through? And again another question how are the allweather windows applyed to the cab windows do we remove them? thanks rambo1..
