The Northern Alberta Railway had bay window cabooses, and was folded into CNR in the early 1980s. I think some of the cabooses did get patch jobs to reflect the new owner but am not aware of any getting a complete repaint. Following the acquisition of the B&LE there was a B&LE bay window caboose assigned to CN's yard here in Calgary for a year or so. But these examples are exceptions.

No true bay-window types of which I'm aware, although they had a bunch of these transfer cabooses with faux bay windows:
The TH&B had a couple, converted from cupola-types. There's a picture of one HERE

Morning Sun Books' CN colour guide does not show any bay window vans. Canadian Freight Car Gallery website has no pictures either. That doesn't mean there weren't any, but the odds are against finding any info.
