Walthers used to make them...they're out of production now.

LBF still makes them. Go to www.lbfproducts.com

Thanks. I had not thought to look on Google. I was wondering because I hadn't seen any in production in HO.
Thanks,
Reed

Reed,

Did the BN have woodchip hoppers? Are you kidding me? Did the NW have coal hoppers?

The BN had (has) a variety of woodchip hoppers. The best place to look is on the Fallen Flags site. Go to the BN listings...

http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/bn/bn.html

Then scroll down to the HTS and GTS car listings (the 58xxxx number range) and knock yourself out.

Or do a Google search for "BN woodchip" in quotes, because there are still more pics around the web.

Did the Burlington Northern have woodchip hoppers? If they did, can anyone provide me with a photo?
Thanks,
Reed
