Those are some pretty ugly colors (IMO)! But for that green, I'd check out some prototype automobile colors from the late 50s / early 60s. Seems a bit General Motors, to me.

There is an HOn3 Yahoo Group that has members that know more about the WP&Y.
I'm sure there are web sites or Yahoo Groups dedicated to the WP&Y current operations, and quite likely historical information.
The photos in tourist books and brochures might also have sufficient color information to get you pointed in the right direction. There is probably no color right off the shelf that matches exactly.

Hi everyone! I was wondering if any of you have mixed WP&YR colors. Im painting a FICTIONAL GP38 that I got up there that I ummm well, it needs new paint. So if any of you hhave mixes for the WP&YR green and yellow and where I could find decals. Thanks!!!!
