Hello Gentlemen,
Does anyone know the correct marker/classification light colors that the P.R.R. used on the front of their steam locomotives?
Same as everybody else, dark (unlit) for regular trains, green for sections following and white for extras.

Depends...
Like Dave says, standard classification rules apply. The PRR began removing classification lights from some yard and freight engines beginning in 6/5/1940.
The four legged lamps you see on many PRR steam and electric locomotives were made beginning in the fall of 1922.
The marker lamps mounted to the pilot beam and tender deck (and later to brackets on the rear of the tender) were variously one red lens and three amber. After 1935 the Pennsy began removing two of the amber lenses from each marker and replacing them with blanking discs. Around August of 1940 the PRR began applying a single red "cat's eye" marker. Some of the newer tenders had the markers mounted directly to the rear wall of the tender.
Hope this helps! Ed
