Appears that several of the cited articles might have the photo or drawing you need - at least until someone gives you a better source.

Does anyone have a bird's-eye view photo or drawing of the external rooftop piping on CN's flexicoil trucked GP9s? These units had shortened fuel tanks and internal air reservoirs.
