Sources For HO Logging Loco Decals??
Posted by TankedEngine on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 9:52 AM

I have several undecorated HO scale Logging Locos (Shay, Climax A, Mantua Classic), that I want to decal up in my own logging company name.

Who puts out appropriate decals [size & fonts], to allow this??

Thanks

Tanked

Ckeck out Microscale Decals 87-8. Assorted Logging company decals. They list many styles and you can mix and match. Good starting point.

If you have a fair no. of cars, engines etc. you want to letter, you'll probably find it worth while to have some custom decals ordered for your road. It's probably not going to be as expensive as you think, I found in lettering my free-lance railroad's iron ore fleet the cost for Don Manlick custom decals was a few cents less per car than using say Champ decal sets for each car.
