Since, with nobody responding, you seemed in a bit of a "Jam1405," I did a quick search on the Index of Magazines at this site. There are 7 citations on Ortner cars, the most pertinent of which would seem to be:

I am presuming the article suggests a color match or mix, but haven't read it. If you can't get a back issue from Hundman Publishing, I suggest you try the NMRA's Kalmbach Memorial Library for a reproduction copy.
