Can someone provide me with the construction date/dates of B&O's line which hugged the South(?) bank of the Ohio River between Wheeling and Parkersburg, West--by God--Virginia AND is this line still in operation and, if so, who owns and/or operates it? I'm trying to determine if my Seaboard and Western Virginia Railway utilizes traffic rights on the B&O or vice versa.
