Walthers' HO -- EMC Gas Electric and gas electrics in general

Has anyone had favorable experience with Walthers' HO 60' EMC 'gas electric? Interested in performance, slow speed operation, max top speed, is it noisy, will it pull a grade w/ a trailer, etc?
