The Missouri Pacific Historical Society published plans of the Muley cabeese in their Fall-Winter 2001 issue.  I think they may still have some copies available.  Try their website:

Also, you'll occasionally find one of the Overland models on eBay, usually in the $100-$120 range.

Does anyone know where I could find a set of drawings for a T&P Muley Caboose? I would like to have a model of one, but don't know where to begin. Overland imported some but they are now out of stock, and I don't want to have to pay the price for a piece of brass. I have been wanting to try my hand at scratch building and I'm thinking that this would be a great piece to start out with. Thanks for the help.
