I saw that same timetable on e-Bay for $2.00 but was changing banks so could not bid and missed procuring it. Yet, and meanwhile, I am looking for an out-of-print book on the history of Texas & Pacific and saw it listed at one overseas dealer for $450.00. Go figure.
