I just did a search of the Index of Magazines at this site using the word "Ortner" as the search term. The result is shown below. Even if the cars listed don't match the specific type in which you are interested, possibly you can establish some "family" resemblance. Hope this helps.

Ortner hopper brake lines

I have been searching for information to superdetail Walthers Ortner gravel cars. I can't find any information or photos of where the air line runs or whether the brake cylinders are truck mounted or body mounted. Anybody know?
