What are Overhead Distant Signals and what are Pot Signals, as pertaining to the Pennsy? I have a good idea but, would like some reassurance. Are these electric light or did they take on some other form? Time period is 1925 in Harrisburgh.

absolutely electric. Overhead sugnals may still have been semaphores at that time. Pot signals are teh small terminal and yard signals with four lights like this:

o
o
o o

Vertical isproceed, diagonal is caution and horizontal is stop

the forum overruled my drawing! The middle one is supposed to be at a 45 degree angle to the right. The forum removed my spaces in my drawing to do this.
