Western Pacific-Carfloats,Keddie Wye

New to this,but love the W.P.!Coming from Australia,i'm the only one who's heard of W.P.In the process of building 22ft by 30ft walk in empire in H.O.,but am having a hard time of finding plans for Carfloats,Oakland part of layout,and the obligatory Keddie Wye.Need help!Would also like to include Sacramento Northern and the Oro dam Builders railroads.Any suggestions for something interesting i may have overlooked to make my W.P. more complete.?
