The Burlington did purchase equipment from Pullman Standard, however, these cars ran in the Empire Builder and North Coast Limited. The only Budd cars that were owned by the Burlington and were painted were a dome coach and dome lounge Glacier view and were painted in the GN's Empire Builder scheme.
