Newly arrived Pennsy BLI H32 hoppers.
Here it is in company of Bowser H30.
The "MOW gray" BLI used is lighter than Bowser's or Atlas' grey. Pitty the colors are not the same. Also, the details on Bowser's hoppers are finer, grabirons, ladders.
There are no rivets on the body of the BLI car; by contrast, there are many on Bowser H30 models. Were the bigger H32's all welded cars??
Those PRR covered hoppers were commonly used to carry cement. A bit of weathering in various shades of light gray would be appropriate, and nobody will notice the difference in shade between the BLI and Bowser colors.
