I don't have a photo but my solution was to bend a piece of .030 piano wire and connect to the throwbar with it.
Basically take a straight wire and bend each end at a right angle (kind of a squared C shape). Drill holes if needed and connect ground throw to turnout. Put a small drop of glue on each end if you wish. You can adjust the length of the wire to keep the throw the "proper" distance away.

Several of the Caboose Ind. throws have different connection 'heads' that you can choose to attach that bascially will slide (more or less) into the horizontal hole provided on the turnout throwbar. You may have to adjust things a bit (snip off a bit of plastic, etc) but they will work. To see the different options available just visit their web site.

I recently purchased a curved turnout and cant determine how to use a Caboose Industries ground throw with it. The throwbar that extends between the headblock ties has a hump on it and that hump has a horizontal hole. What's that for? Help is appreciated.
