Digitrax Signal System

Ipurchased WinLok, a BDL162 and an SE8c all together. I seem to have a problem holding an occupy status on my computer screen. The BDL shows occupied correctly but when the SE8C is plugged into the Loconet the computer may show occupied or clear. Has anyone else had this sort of problem? Is it software or hardware? I am leaning toward the SE8C being defective but it may be that my software is causing the problem since I'll not real familar with it yet.

I'd suggest you contact Digitrax directly. That system is so new there may not be many people experinced enough to help you yet. They appear to be very good with customer service.

I would also post your question to the Digitrax forum at Yahoo! Groups. That is the one place you are likely to find some one with experience with the system.

I thought I'd put on an update on this topic.
After a lot of hair pulling and e-mails to both Digitrax and Digitoys I sent in my SE8c board to Digitrax. They replaced the CPU and all checks out. I am extremely happy now. The system works great. Once I got the software programmed it works just as predicted. Now if I only get the gumption to assemble my ORS Cantilevers I can watch the lights change.
