I have some Model Power street lights/lighted clocks that I want to add to my small but growing layout. I have searched high and low and cannot find anything that tells me how to wire them up (i.e. are they AC or DC, voltage, etc). Can anyone help or point me to a good source? Thanks.

If they're little grain-of-wheat bulbs they're probably DC. Try wiring them up in series and send them some power via the DC accessory terminals on your power pack--or try them on adjustable power first to see how they respond to just a little bit of power before trying more...

it doesn't matter. They'll take DC or AC. wire them up in parrallel. i.e. run two power buses out and wire each bulb to the two buses.
job done. You might find that they dim when the power consumption is too great from the rest of the layout. This is mainly a problem when you use twin coil point motors that are wired to the same transformer as the lights.
