I use a brush to apply acrylic washes.

BE SURE to do all sides. Basswood like to warp (all woods do)

A light coat of acrylics, airbrushed onto both sides of the wood. Once the paint is dry to the touch, press the parts between two pieces of glass overnight to keep them from warping.

In order to paint the base color on bass wood proior

to useing ethyl alcohol & india ink wash for weathering,

what is the best paint to use in order to avoid warping?
