DCC wiring for "Kato" #6 N-Scale turnouts

Can anyone shed some light on wiring these turnouts......specifically with regard to where the rails joiners should be insulated or non-insulated ? I'm planning on using Digitrax stationary decoders to control them. What about reversing loops as well ?
