You can see two single-pole, double throw toggles here, terminals 2-3-4 and 5-6-7. Note that the center posts are 4 and 5, not the "middle" posts in each set.

I have been trying to find this out myself.
There IS no wiring diagram for frog power in the Tortoise manual sheet, otherwise this question would never have been posed. The only wiring diagram is for the basic switch function. The manual sheet only refers to a separate sheet from Circuitron regarding the wiring of the other terminals which is only obtained from writing to them (apparently Circuitron is still stuck in the 20th century...)
Your info above is correct, but not complete. How can one wire the terminals and avoid a short circuit? As I understand 2, 3 and 4 are separate from 5, 6 and 7. One can use either set, but not both for wiring the frog.
